From this portal, you will be able to access the Board assessments. Once the assessments are complete, the reports will also be available via the portal.
Introduction
In line with best practice, a Board Performance Assessment has been commissioned for Bohwa Bja Rena Community Trust. Roopa Ruysenaar and Associates (RRA) is assisting with this process. The methodology undertaken involves self-assessment by all Board members. This questionnaire is for the main Board appraisal.
These questionnaires will be used to survey the opinions of the individual Board members on the effectiveness and the performance of the Board as a whole. This questionnaire is intended for use by the Board members only and may not be disseminated to third parties.
Please note the following:
1. RRA will act as independent facilitator of the review.
2. The assessment should be completed by all Directors in an open and frank manner. All responses will be treated with the strictest of CONFIDENCE.
3. Completion is online and any completed returns are only available to RRA.
Board Assessment
This assessment aims to identify potential issues that may be constraining the Faculty's ability to excel. All teams tend to have issues in one or more areas of team effectiveness and assessments like these help to identify what those may be.
