Bohwa Bja Rena Board Assessment

The questions contained in this assessment are based on the principles and best practice recommendations contained in the King Reports™. For reasons of practicality, questions that relate to a topic have been grouped together. When completing the survey questionnaire, please select a score that, in your objective judgement as a Director, conveys your overall impression of the performance of the Board in relation to that topic after having taken into account all the questions dealing with it.

Even when your overall rating or score is positive, feel free to add comments and highlight those aspects of the question that in your opinion need improvement in the space provided. Additional comments made on the questionnaires will provide more clarity on the rating chosen, and may be used, on an anonymous basis, in the final report to highlight areas that need the Board’s attention.
